My Dose Coach™ is designed for adult patients who have type 2 diabetes and who have been prescribed once-daily long-acting basal insulin or long-acting basal insulin plus glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP1) receptor agonist (if available in your country) by their healthcare provider.
To use My Dose Coach™, your healthcare provider must be registered in the program and send you a dose plan.
You will then be able to use My Dose Coach™ as an aid to track your fasting blood glucose levels and adjust your dose of long-acting basal insulin or long-acting basal insulin plus glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP1) receptor agonist (if available in your country), based on your healthcare providers plan to help you work toward your target glucose level.
